Pie Dough
Raspberry Jam

Filling

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Flour
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Butter
1 tbsp Maple Extract

Icing

2 tbsp softened butter
2 tbsp maple extract
1 Cup Icing Sugar
1 tbsp Milk if needed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Mix filling ingredients well.
In a separate bowl mix icing ingredients and set aside.

Roll out pie dough to 1/4 in thick and line tart shells or muffin tins.

Put 1/2 to 1 tbsp of jam on the bottom of the tart shell.
Fill the tart 1/2 full of filling.

Bake for 10-15min to 350

Once cool ice the top of the tarts.
