Batter
5 tbsp Butter
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 1/2 Cup Flour
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Milk
Raspberry Jam

Topping
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Cream butter and sugar add in egg.
Add dry ingredients with the milk.
Stir only until mixed.
Fill the bottom of a greased muffing tin until half full.
Add one spoonful of jam on top of batter.
Add the rest of the batter on top.

Bake at 350 for 25min

When cool dip each one into butter then toss in cinnamon sugar.
