Egg Roll & Filling:
3 to 4 cups celery
2 cans shrimp, tiny deveined
2 to 3 cups ham
1 to 2 cups onion
Egg roll wraps

Stir fry vegetables until tender. Add shrimp and ham. Put in middle of egg roll wrap.
Dip in batter and fry in oil.

Batter for Egg Rolls:
2 tsp baking powder
cup cornstarch
1 tsp oil
1 tsp MSG
cup flour
1 cups water
tsp salt
Yellow food coloring

Mix ingredients and use for dipping egg rolls before frying.

Apricot Dipping Sauce
2 cups water
1 cups sugar
3 Tbsp cornstarch
cup vinegar
cup apricot nectar
Dash of garlic salt

Bring ingredients just to a boil and then cool.
