3 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
3 1/2 Cup Flour
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Sugar
3 tbsp Butter
4 tsp Baking Powder

Directions:
Directions:
This is a soft dough but the doughnuts are light.

Roll to 1/4 in, then cut out into rounds using a cookie cutter.
Fry in deep fat for 2-3 min.
Drain on brown paper
