Fettucine Chicken Salad Recipe

6 ounces uncooked fettuccine, broken into thirds
2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
2 cups broccoli flowerets
1 cup carrots, sliced
medium red onion, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes

Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. In a large bowl,
combine remaining salad ingredients and drained fettuccine. Gently stir in dressing.

⅔ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp basil leaves
1 tsp fresh garlic, minced
tsp pepper
cup white wine vinegar
1 tsp oregano leaves
1 tsp salt

In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients. Shake to mix; set aside.
