1 pkg. Chocolate Cake Mix
½ C. Oil
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 Bag Soft caramels Candies (unwrapped)
24 Pecan Halves
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Mix oil, vanilla and cake mix with wooden spoon until dough forms.
3. Drop rounded Tbsp of dough onto cookie sheets.
4. Bake 9-11 minutes until set. Let stand 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
5. Melt caramels and 1 Tbsp Water in microwave for 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
6. Spoon 1 Tsp caramel onto each cookie and top with a pecan half.
