Directions:

2. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
3. When using sprinkle approximately 2 Tbsp over meat with 1 cup of water to make taco meat.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Using 2 Tbsp. to 1 lb. cooked ground beef makes a spicy mix. If using fresh ground beef be sure to use a 90/10 blend and add spice before browning for added flavor. Boiling browned meat instead of just simmering, will make for a finer mixture. This spice mixture also makes a delicious Mexican Rice dish.

To reduce heat of spice omit or use very sparingly crushed red pepper flakes.
