1 Tbsp Chili Powder
¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
¼ tsp. Onion Powder
⅓ C. Crushed red Pepper Flakes
¼ tsp. Dried Oregano
½ tsp. Paprika
1½ tsp. Ground Cumin
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together in a food processor grinding finely.
2. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
3. When using sprinkle approximately 2 Tbsp over meat with 1 cup of water to make taco meat.

Using 2 Tbsp. to 1 lb. cooked ground beef makes a spicy mix. If using fresh ground beef be sure to use a 90/10 blend and add spice before browning for added flavor. Boiling browned meat instead of just simmering, will make for a finer mixture. This spice mixture also makes a delicious Mexican Rice dish.

To reduce heat of spice omit or use very sparingly crushed red pepper flakes.
