½ C. White Sugar
1 C. Dark Karo
3 Eggs
1 pinch Salt
1 Unbaked Pie Shell (regular, frozen crust)
Enough Pecan Halves to cover bottom of pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
1. Arrange pecans in a circular pattern on bottom of pie shell.
2. Mix all ingredients together and pour over pecans.
3. Bake at 350º for 1 hour in a preheated oven.

My favorite pie! Grandma said pancake syrup can be substituted if you don't have dark Karo on hand.
