1 cup sugar 1 cup raw peanuts 1/2 cup white corn syrup 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon butter 1 teaspoon baking soda
1. Stir together sugar, peanuts, syrup and salt in a microwave safe bowl 2. Microwave for 4 minutes 3. Stir well and cook another 3 minutes 4. Add vanilla and butter and microwave 1 1/2 minutes more 5. Stir in baking soda 6. Pour out quickly onto buttered foil and spread to desired thickness 7. Once cool, break into pieces
