4 eggs
1½ c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 tsp vanilla
1 c. potato starch
3 tsp baking powder
⅔ c. ground almonds
1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix the eggs, sugar, and oil. Add the vanilla extract, potato starch, baking powder, and ground nuts. Pour this batter into a lined 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle the top with chocolate chips. Push them down part way into the batter. Bake for 45 minutes until it is done in the center. Cut into squares when cool.
