3 eggs
2 T. sugar
c. oil
tsp salt
1 c. potato starch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a fork. Spread on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into squares. Put back into oven and bake for 1/2 hour.
