6 potatoes
6 eggs
2/3 c. oil
salt and pepper
2 lbs. deli of your choice
duck sauce to smear

Directions:
Directions:
Shred potatoes. Add eggs. Mix salt, pepper and oil. Spread onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 1/2 hour on 400º. Remove from oven and smear with duck sauce. Place all the deli on top. Roll out the long way with parchment. Smear more duck sauce on top. Cover with parchment and bake 350º for 2 hours.
