Salad Ingredients

pkg (8oz) Angeles Hair Pasta broken into 3" sections
8 oz Jumbo Cooked Shrimp
1 c Green Peas cooked & chilled
Medium Onion, diced
1 Tomato, seeded & diced
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 small can Water Chestnuts, drained
1 stalk Celery, sliced
1 medium Green Pepper, diced
2 Eggs, boiled, peeled and diced
Radishes, Cucumber (optional)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Dressing

1 c Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
c Milk
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
c Sweet Pickle Juice (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook, rinse, drain and chill pasta
Cut most of shrimp in half, reserving a few for garnish
Combine pasta, shrimp and remaining ingredients, except eggs
Pour prepared dressing over all ingredients and gently mixture
Add eggs and garnish with whole shrimp
