8 Chicken cutlets

Batter:
3/4 c. potato starch
less than a 1/4 c. water
1/8 tsp. salt
1-2 T sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
2-3 eggs
2-3 T. lemon juice

Dipping Sauce:
2 T. lemon juice
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cutlets into bite size pieces. Mix all batter ingredients together. Dip chicken into it and deep fry until golden. Mix dipping sauce ingredients together. Serve sauce along with nuggets, dip and enjoy.

You may add a little extra potato starch if the batter looks too watery.
