7-8 square Matzahs
8 T. sugar
4 T. cocoa powder
4 eggs
12 T. margarine
1 c. sweet red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cocoa and sugar. Melt the margarine and add to cocoa mixture.
Add 1 beaten egg at a time to choc. mixture and mix well. Take one matzah board at a time , sprinkle wine on it letting it drip into the choc. mixture. Mix choc mixture till thick and spread it on whole top of matzah, and repeat with each matzah covering until all are covered. Decorate top with ground nuts or coconut or any other toppings. Refrigerate and let settle and harden. Cut into squares.
