1 pkg. frozen strawberry rhubarb combo
fresh blueberries - 1/2 a box(optional)
1/4 or 1/2 c. sugar (depending how sweet you like it) can use sugar substitute
1/2 t. vanilla sugar
2 T. red jello powder
1/4 t. cinnamon
2 c. apple sauce (if red applesauce is available on Pesach,it is preferable!)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in pot except for the applesauce, cover and cook on low flame until very soft and mushy. When done, add the applesauce and mix well. Refrigerate and enjoy!
