Apple Bars Recipe

1 c Flour
½tsp Salt
½ tsp Baking soda
¼ c Packed Brown Sugar
¼ c White Sugar
1 c Rolled Oats
½ c Margarine
2½ c Sliced Apple

7×11 inch greased baking dish

Pre-heat oven 350 degrees

Sift flour, salt, and baking soda together
Add brown sugar and rolled oats
Cut in margarine and mix until crumbly

Spread half of mixture into baking dish
Add apples and sprinkle with white sugar
Add remaining crumb mixture

Bake for 40-45 minutes
Cut into bars
Serve warm or cold
