2 sticks butter
2 stalks celery
2 bunch green onions
2 lg. onions
2 bell peppers
1 lb Velveeta Cheese
1 pt. Half & Half
4 heaping tsp. flour
1 ˝ -2 lbs shrimp or crawfish
1 lb. pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Dice all vegetables finely. Sauté in butter until tender. Sprinkle flour into mixture and cook for 10 minutes. Add shrimp and simmer for 10 minutes stirring constantly. Cube cheese; add to mixture, stirring until melted. Add half & half and simmer for 10 minutes. Cook pasta according to package. Drain pasta and add sauce.
