1 16.5 ounce roll of chocolate chip cookie dough OR recipe for chocolate chip cookies
1 8 ounce brick of cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spread 1/2 the cookie dough onto the bottom of an 8 X 8 pan. MIx cream cheese with egg, sugar, and vanilla. Beat until a creamy consistency. Place on top of cookie dough in pan. Drop remaining pieces of dough on top. Bake 25-30 minutes.
