1 c. smooth peanut butter
1 1/3 sticks butter or margarine
2 packages graham crackers finely ground
1 1/3 c. confectioners sugar
12 oz. bag of chocolate chips
14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl thoroughly mix peanut butter, butter, graham crackers, and confectioners sugar. Firmly pat into a 13" x 9" pan. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips and add the sweetened condensed milk. Mix well and remove from heat. Spread over the peanut butter mixture.

Cool in refrigerator and cut into squares.
