bag noodles
Medium size onion
1 clove fresh garlic (optional)
butter (to saute)
1 -1 lbs ground chuck
salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato soup
cup water
1 tsp. sugar
small can of mushrooms
lb. grated sharp cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the noodles. Rinse well with cold water. Chop onion and garlic and saute in butter. Cook ground chuck and drain off grease. Add onion, garlic, and salt/pepper to taste. Add noodles. Stir in tomato soup with cup of water. Add 1 tsp. sugar and mushrooms. Add in grated cheese. Pour in baking dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
