10 potatoes, thinly sliced
3 onions, chopped
2 T. duck sauce
2 T. honey-barbecue
1 T. olive oil
1 T. salt
pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Line crockpot with liner. Add potatoes and onions. Coat with remaining ingredients. Cook in crockpot for 6-8 on low. Freeze with liquid. Sprinkle on a bit of salt before reheating.
