2.2 lb (1 kg) ground chicken
1 small carrot, grated
1 small potato, grated
1½ T. sugar
½ t. salt
onion, carrot, salt, and sugar for the cooking water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and form medium-size balls. Fill a medium pot with water and bring to a boil. Add carrot, onion, salt, and sugar. When water is boiling, add fish balls and cook over medium heat for 1½ hours.
