2 lbs of hamburger
4 pieces of fresh bread (cut into cubes)
⅔ cup of milk
3 eggs beaten
salt
pepper
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
½ cup of grated carrots
¼ cup diced onions

Topping:
⅔ Ketchup
⅔ cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl beat 3 eggs and add milk and bread cubes.
Mix together and let it sit until the bread is dissolved in the egg mixture.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
To the milk mixture add grated carrots, onions and cheese and mix well.
Mix in the raw hamburger and mix thoroughly (I use rubber gloves and mix with my hands).
Pack the meatloaf into loaf pans.
In a small bowl mix together all the topping ingredients and then spread over top of each loaf.
Bake at 375ºF for an hour and a half.
