6 cups cooked mashed turnip
2 Tbsp butter
2 eggs
3 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
¾ tsp salt & pepper
pinch nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Beat turnip and butter together then add rest of ingredients; mix well.
Put into pan and add bread crumbs (½ cup bread crumbs mixed with 2 Tbsp butter) to the top of turnip.
Bake in oven at 375ºF for 25 minutes.
