Ingredients:  
1 Box of Puff Pastry
1 tube of Sausage Meat (375gr)
Grated Onion (to taste)

Season meat with celery salt, seasoning salt, pepper, parsley, paprika, dried chives, minced garlic etc


Directions:
Directions:
Roll out of the Puff Pastry on the table into a square (as thin as you can get it)

Cut into squares (should make between 40 & 50 squares)

Put a little bit of the meat mixture on each square

Start rolling. Stretch the pastry out to fit & seal the end with water.

Cook @ 375 until golden brown (about 20 minutes)

Serve

Or freeze on a cookie sheet and then put in an airtight container to freeze.
