Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
8 oz Cream Cheese
2 Tbls Mayo
4 oz Diced Green Chilies (or Jalepeno peppers seeds removed)
1 lg diced tomato (seeds removed)
cup finely chopped onion
1 large Garlic clove chopped
1 tsp Chili Powder
tsp salt

Flour Tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Blend Cream Cheese & Mayo together

Stir in remaining ingredients, cover & refrigerate for 2 hours

Spread mixture on tortillas, roll up & refrigerate until firm

Slice & place on a cookie sheet

Broil until golden brown & Serve
