Dry

1½ cups flour
1 cup White Sugar
4 Tbls Cocoa
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt

Wet
5 Tbls Melted Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Tbls Vinegar
1 cup + 1 Tbls water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Dry ingredients together

Add

1st 5 Tbls Melted Butter
2nd 1 tsp Vanilla
3rd 1 Tbls Vinegar

Then Add 1 cup + 1 Tbls warm water

Bake at 400F for 20 minutes

Serve with either butter or vanilla icing.
