6 to 8 pork chops
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can milk
1 to 2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon marjoram

Directions:
Directions:
Spread a little mustard on each chop and brown in oil. In a 2 - 3-quart casserole, arrange potatoes, onion and chops in layers. Mix soup, milk, salt , pepper & marjoram together and pour over potatoes and chops. Cover and bake in preheated 350º oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
