4 eggs
½ c. oil
½ c. sugar
4 T. potato starch
1 T. vanilla sugar
1 t. baking powder
20 oz. can of crushed pineapple,drained
a sprinkle of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Open up can of crushed pineapple and drain. Set aside. Beat the sugar with the eggs. Add in the oil and mix. Add in vanilla sugar and mix. Pour in crushed pineapple. Mix slowly,adding potato starch 1 T. at a time,making sure it mixes in and dissolves well. Add baking powder. Mix for a very short time. Pour the batter into a 9 inch round pan or small oblong pan.
Either sprinkle cinnamon on top all over or put it on the center of kugel, creating a circle. Bake @ 350º for 45-50 minutes.
