2 eggs
1 cup (2 sticks) melted butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
2 1/2 cups flour
3 cups quick oatmeal
2 cups chocolate chips
1 14oz can eagle brand sweetened milk
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with mixer. Add melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla, salt, soda, flour, and oatmeal. Mix until blended. Press half the mixture into 9x13 pan. Melt chocolate chips over low heat and add milk, butter, salt, vanilla, and nuts if desired. Pour over first layer and spread evenly. Spoon remaining cookie mixture on top of chocolate layer. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º.
