6 tbls bacon drippings
6 tbls flour
4 c cooked tomatoes (2 large cans)
⅔ cups tomato paste (8 oz can)
4 tsp salt
12 tbls chopped green pepper
3 tbls fresh chopped parsley
2 c chopped celery
6 tbls chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp pepper
2 lbs. shrimp (cleaned)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown flour in bacon grease.
Add all ingredients except shrimp.
Bring to a boil, then add shrimp.
Let simmer about 2 hours.
