Fruit Dressing

2 c drained, pitted, canned white or bing cherries
2 c drained pinapple chunks (reserve juice)
2 cans mandarine oranges, drained
2 cups miniature marshmallows

2 eggs
2 tbls sugar
2 tbls vinegar or lemon juice
2 tbls pinapple juice
1 tbls butter
dash of salt
c shipping cream, whipped

Toss all fruits and marshmallows together.
Fold in fruit Dressing.
Chill overnight

Beat all ingredients together, except whipping cream, with a mixer.
Cook in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, just to boiling. (Mixture will thicken)
Fold in whipping cream.
