Ingredients:

1 small handful spinach
1 small handful kale
1 small handful parsley
1 green apple
1 orange (peeled)
1 slice of pineapple (peeled)
1 stalk celery
1/2 of a cactus pad (Nopales) , trimmed
1 Tablespoon honey
1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed
water to blend, maybe 1/4-1/2 cupful

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth. Makes one large drink, about 32 oz, or two 16oz drinks.
