Italian Crescent Zucchini Pie Recipe

1 can crescent rolls
1 T mustard
1 package smokey links

4 C thinly sliced zucchini
1 C chopped onion
1/4 C margarine (optional)

2 T parsley
1 - 2 T Italian seasoning
2 beaten eggs
2 C Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Press crescent rolls into a pie plate, sealing edges.
Spread mustard over the rolls.
Cut up smokey links and put in pie pan.

Combine zucchini, onion, and margarine in saucepan. Cook for 10 minutes. Drain, if necessary.
Add parsley, seasoning, eggs, and cheese.
Pour into pie pan

Bake 20 minutes or until center is set in 375 degree oven.
