1 yellow cake mix
2 cups cold milk
1 1/4 cups water
2 sm pkg Lemon Instant Pudding
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Prepare cake batter as directed. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish; set aside. Pour milk & water into a large bowl. Add dry pudding & sugar. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Pour over batter. Place baking dish on baking sheet to catch any sauce as it bakes. Bake 55 minutes to 1 hour, until toothpick inserted in center of cake layer comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes. Sauce will thicken slightly as it cools. Sprinkle w/powdered sugar & serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.
