3/4 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 cups oats
1 1/2 cups raisins or chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and white sugar until light and creamy. Add brown sugar and continue to beat. Add egg, water and vanilla mixing completely.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets, press for crisp cookies and leave mounded for chewy cookies.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
