2 -3 lbs chicken
1/2 cup onions
1/3 cup green pepper
1-2 garlic cloves
1 3/4 cups diced tomatoes
4 oz tomato sauce
1/4 cup red wine or red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Fry chicken until golden brown
Lightly brown onions, green pepper and crushed garlic
Stir remaining ingredients together with the onion and green paper mixture.
Add chicken back in and simmer for 1 hour.
