Make pastry for a 2 crust pie
1 (7 oz.) can tuna drained. (reserve liquid)
2 T. oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 large cauliflower
3 T. chopped parsley
1 can chopped tomatoes
½ cup chopped olives
2 tsp. lemon juice
½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in oil until tender. Cook cauliflower in boiling water 5 minutes, then coarsely chop and add to onions along with parsley. Mix in remaining ingredients. Mix 1 T. flour with reserved tuna liquid and pour into filling mixture. Stir well. Line a 9" pie pan, full with tuna mixture, cover with 2nd crust. Cut 3 small slits in top crust. Bake at 350º for 1 hr. 10 minutes.
