Vanilla Wafers
2 8oz pkgs. cream cheese (softened)
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Foil cupcake liners

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325
Line muffin tins with foil liners.
Place one vanilla wafer in each liner
Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar on medium speed until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time and mix well.
Pour over wafers until liner is full.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from pan when cool.
Chill.
Top with fruit, preserves, nuts, chocolate or pie filling.
