Beat 2 eggs
Add 1 can fruit cocktail juice and all (#303 can)
Add 2 cups flour
1/2 tsp table salt
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups sugar
Mix thoroughly nd pour into and ungreased 9x13 baking dish

Top with:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes
Icing
Boil for 5 min 1 small can evaporated milk, 3/4 stick margarine or butter, 3/4 cups powdered sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla.
Pour over hot cake. YUMMY

Fantastic Cake, need to find another name for it, the fruit cocktail turns people off from trying it, but once they do they love it,
When I had my bakery, Periwinkles ordered 6 cakes from me for the restaurant.
