Ingredients:  
1 cup peanut butter
6 tbsp softened butter
1 1/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups (12 oz pkg) chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl beat peanut butter and butter until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Blend in flour and salt. Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips. Spread into ungreased 13x9 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until edges begin to brown. Sprinkle remaining cup of chocolate chips over cookie layer. Let stand 5 minutes and spread evenly over top. Cool completely. Cut into 1 1/2" bars. Makes 4 dozen.
