1 (10"x9") sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
flour to sprinkle
⅓ cup store bought black olive tapenade
1 cup grated fontina cheese
8 cherry tomatoes, quartered
6 basil leaves, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place puffed pastry on floured work surface. Using tines a a fork, prick pastry all over. Using 2¼" round cookie cutter, cut 16 rounds of pastry. Place them on a baking sheet about ¾" apart. Lay a piece of parchment paper on top and another baking sheet on top to keep the pastry even while it bakes. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden. Remove baking sheet and top parchment. Top each round with 1 tsp tapenade, 1 T cheese and arrange 2 tomato quarters on each. Bake 5-7 minute until cheese has melted. Sprinkle with basil and salt.
