1 lb mild Italian Sausage links - browned and cooked
1 Medium Onion cut into bite size pieces
2 T minced garlic
4 Cups of Chicken Stock
Small Potatoes - cut into small pieces (about 1" by 1"

1 Cup Whipped Cream
Couple handfuls of greens (kale, spinach etc) torn into bite size pieces
4 slices bacon cooked crispy and crumbled
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
After cooking sauages, cut lenghwise and then in half to make bite size pieces. Put sausage, onion,
garlic potatoes and chicken stock into crock pot. Cook on high 3-4 hours or 5-6 hours on low until potatoes are soft.
Add 1 cup of Cream and torn greens to pot and cook another 30 min on high.

Serve with optional bacon and parmesan cheese sprnked on top.
