6 - 8 cube steaks
½ c - 1 c flour
Small onion
Butter
2 cans beef broth
Can of diced tomatoes

Optional: carrots

Directions:
Directions:
In a frying pan, melt butter.
Flour and brown both sides of meat.
Transfer to crock pot as each piece is ready.
Add sliced onion. Can substitute boxed onion soup mix.
Add 2 cans of beef broth.
Add can of either whole or diced tomatoes.
If needed add water to cover.
Can also add carrots if desired.

Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
