1 Cup Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 Cup White Flour
1 1/2 t. Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
2 Tablespoons melted butter (cooled)
1 t. Vanilla
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Agave Necter
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Heat Oven 325º.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine Oats, Flours, Baking Powder and Salt in a bowl

Combine Cooled Butter, Vanilla, Egg, and Agave Necter in another bowl.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients just till combined.

Lastly add the Dark Chocolate Chips. Drop By Tablespoons.

Bake 10-12 min. or until cookies are nicely browned.

Remove to cooling rack.

This healthier cookie has very little fat, with only 2 Tablespoons of butter, and has healthy fiber ingredients such as oats and whole wheat flour. Also DARK Chocolate Chips.
