4 large apples peeled and sliced
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and brown sugar with pastry cutter until crumbly. Mix in quick oats and flour. Place apple slices in a 9" pie plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with crumble mixture. Bake in an oven that has not been preheated at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Recipe can be doubled and baked in 9x13 baking dish.
