Directions:
Make Aunt Pat's spaghetti sauce or buy Don Peppino's sauce in a big can (Sam's Club).

Cut chicken Cutlets in thin slices (2 per slice for each person).

Mix egg and milk together for an egg wash.
Use 2 bowls: 1 for egg wash, 1 for bread crumbs. (I am giving away my secret) add Parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs.

Put chicken cutlets in egg wash then in the breadcrumbs.

In big skillet (frying pay), put oil (about 1/4 cup or more) and fry cutlets for about 3 minutes on each side. Put cutlets on a paper towel to get access oil off..

Layer sauce in a Pyrex dish, layer chicken, then add more sauce, add mozzarella cheese.

Cover with tin foil .

Aunt Pat has been trying to find out what I do different, because Uncle Eddie is constantly saying how my Chicken Parm is so much better that Pats. Now you have my secret.
