2 chicken breasts cut in 1/2" cubes
1 chopped onion
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
48oz jar Randall's Great Northern Beans
2 cans corn
2 cups chicken broth
4 oz can green chilies
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp RedHot sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Serve with:
shredded cheddar cheese
corn chips or tostitos

Brown cubed chicken breast, onion, and garlic in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese and corn chips or tostitos.
